A Descriptive Letter                     

 

Ruwayha Eco Village is a Ruwayha family privately owned  multi-million U.S.D project located in the heart of Al-Matin mountains, known as Valley Lamartine, at a distance of 23 Km from Beirut, with easy access from all direction and extensive parking space.

Ruwayha Eco Village extends over 72 000 square meters of land. Ruwayha Eco Village represents an investment, until now, of over Twenty Million 20 000 000 U.S.D. The total final investment will exceed Two Hundred 200 000 000 U.S.D. 

 In a radiance of only 15 Km, around Ruwayha Eco Village One Hundred Thousand (100 000) families, basically from the Arab Gulf Countries, have either bought and/or built their own summer residencies & Palaces.

 Ruwayha Tourism Eco Village is convinced that the small- and medium sized enterprises which are technology leaders are led by entrepreneurs, often research based and focused on commercializing an innovation. It is these companies that lead technological development.

 To this effect, Ruwayha Eco Village is introducing : 

1) The 365 Days All Year Round, Different Products, Exhibition Concept which will permit that a company’s, fixed, Renewable Energies and other different climate friendly technologies, products and/or know-how will be exposed all year round. It is Europe’s ‘Road-Map’ to Conquering Middle Eastern, especially Lebanese and Iraqi, markets.

 2) Ruwayha Renewable Energy Institute - BOT (RREI) : Ruwayha Eco Village has allocated 35 000 square meters of land to realizing its Renewable Energy Institute in Lebanon.

 RREI aims to teaching, control and to enhance the technology transfer, development and application of Organized Renewable Energy Science that will assist to overriding and the harnessing of existing infrastructural, legal and other problems which inhibit the demand and explains the absence of this market : No manufacturers or suppliers of equipment and related services, lack of qualified labor and spare parts, etc ..

 One of our RREIs first objectives is the creation of a Lebanese Scientific Advisory Board which will be a Lebanese-International Who's Who of professors, universities and researchers that are involved with climate change and seeking to provide solutions for reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions.

 RREI’s Scientific Advisory Board strives to establishing Contacts and Cooperation with different, specialized, Renewable Energy qualified Universities, Professors, Consultants, Manufacturers, etc It will review each proposition addressed to us.
