“Ruwayha
Village” is a complete tourist
service village. It also offers, at the same time, a year round “Permanent
Exhibition Center” for different
products and/or services.
Generally speaking two basic options are offered:
A- The product is
displayed.
B- The product is integrated into our project and displayed as a
“working” model.
For example, a water fountain pump (or in our
swimming pool) will be displayed “in action” mentioning brand and dealer names..
The classical way products are introduced to the
consumer is by documentation, publicity, or demonstration models in stores or
exhibitions. Exhibitions are usually of short duration and mainly target the
professional market. Most of these methods entail high costs and the involvement
of your company’s staff.
We, at “Ruwayha
Village”, will provide place and
space for the product (at present 35,000 square meters which will be increased
to 72,000 square meters) with different buildings, structures and activities
ensuring the best display and usage of your product. Our professional staff
(running our tourist village) will be trained to introduce, explain and
demonstrate your products to the general public: A larger clientele, both
professional and consumers from Lebanon and other Arab countries. They will also
assure the maintenance of the “working” models.
The above mentioned program will assert efficient
all year round presentation of your products while eliminating the necessity of
your physical presence, saving time and money. Thus, less cost. Your
product, if you so wish, can be offered –by us- for sale (retail and/or
wholesale) at a price previously agreed upon by you after consulting with us and
based on our advice.
Since no time is contingent, your product will be
presented, introduced and seen “in action” by our visitors-clients. You will
also receive, if you so choose, monthly reports in order to keep you updated and
informed about the status of your product.
The monthly
service cost per product would range between $100 and $500 depending on the
options and services requested by you for each product. Please consult our

Taking into consideration the differences
between 1- “Intangible Products and/or Services” and 2- “Tangible
Products and/or Items” we would like to DETAIL to you our own
interpretation of each:
1- “Intangible Products and/or Services”:
Conditions and cost will be discussed individually with each company and
written proposals will be submitted for your approval.
2- “Tangible Products and/or Items”:
A. “Tangible Products and/or Items Displayed”:
Based on the aforementioned we will select, with each client, the
products(s) and/or item(s) that we feel can be marketed by us. For general
conditions, please consult our chart.
B. ”Tangible Displayed Working Products”:
Based on the aforementioned we will select, with each client, the
products(s) that we feel can be integrated (used) in our project and marketed by
us. For general conditions, please consult our chart.
Under certain conditions,
privileged fees will be negotiated with companies that have more than one
product to display and that we esteem that a long term relationship is
profitable to all parties concerned.
Also, a combination of fees paid in cash plus a barter deal could be
accepted by us.

all the “working” displayed product(s) and/or item(s) become our property
